In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and you need to return it, please be aware of the fact that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received: un-used, undamaged, in original packaging and with all tags attached. We only return or exchange regular priced items.
If your item meets these mentioned conditions, you do the following:
- send an e-mail to email@example.com to get your authorization for returning your item and a specific return adress that will fit your needs best.
- return your item within 14 days from the day you receive it.
When we received your returned item, we will send you a notification e-mail.
When you return or exchange your item, you must cover the shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges, unless the return is due to a mistake on our behalf. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We are not responsible for any lost item during the returned shipping so we advice you to use a tracking service at any time.
The financial refund transaction will take place only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quaility control check. A store credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
